Chief Digital Services Officer

Carrie moved from London to California in 2017 to be the Chief Digital Services Officer for the City and County of San Francisco. In London, Carrie built and ran FutureGov, a digital agency for the public sector, and continues to be dedicated to designing public services around the people that use them. As Chief Digital Services Officer in SF, Carrie leads digital transformation in the City, and runs a team of 45 designers, engineers and product managers who are making it easier to do things, like get permits, apply for affordable housing, and access essential services.
