Carrie is the Chief Digital Services Officer for the City and County of San Francisco. She loves her job. Having started her career in local government in the UK, Carrie believes passionately about public services designed around the people that use them. Prior to moving to SF, Carrie spent eight years running FutureGov, a digital design agency for public services, working with cities in the UK, Europe and Australia. Fulfilling a lifelong dream to live in the US, Carrie moved to San Francisco in 2017. In her role at the city she is leading the team that builds new digital services, redesigns services, and makes sure that all San Franciscans are at the heart of everything the city does.
