Bonny is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Securities Technology Division. She is the Budapest, Hungary lead for the Algorithmic Trading Client Connectivity and Market Data (ALGO IT) department, and works closely with the global organization to develop trading systems software and dev-ops functionalities for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) market. Currently, she manages technology delivery for the Trading Risk Control Systems supporting the Sales and Trading Division.

Bonny has lived and worked in five Morgan Stanley locations: New York, London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and now Budapest and held a variety of front office technology roles, from trading systems integration to exchange and client connectivity. Bonny is an active member of the Firm’s LGBT+ Pride & Ally Employee Network, having represented Asia and EMEA on the Steering Committees and she is currently the Budapest chair.

Bonny completed her Masters (MSc) in Technology Management & Innovation from Central European University (CEU) in Budapest, while simultaneously working on her second MSc in Finance. Her hobbies include karate, in which she holds a black belt, and crossfit training. She and her wife Mabs live in Budapest with their dog, Pippa.
