Aubrey is an Associate Product Manager at athenahealth and is passionate about discovering insights through data and using them to solve problems.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Public Health at The University of Texas at Austin and did population health research on topics ranging from tuberculosis to arsenic’s effect on women’s health in northern Mexico. After graduating, she moved south of the border to Mexico City, where she studied adolescent mental health as a Fulbright Scholar.
Interested in learning about health from a different angle, she joined athenahealth in Austin, Texas. Aubrey focuses on interoperability and ensuring that patient health data gets where it needs to. She’s very excited about applying scientific method thinking to product development: doing research on your customers’ pain points, creating hypotheses about solutions, testing them, and iterating based on findings.
She is a proud New Mexican, a doting pug mom, and is always eager to talk coffee!
