Ash Cortez-Taylor is passionately working with several programs to help advance the careers of underrepresented groups in tech. As a board member for HOLA, Microsoft’s Latinx and Hispanic serving employee resource group, she is working to launch a nationally connected mentorship program for Microsoft employees. She also engages with multiple internal workplace and community groups to address Diversity and Inclusion candidate outreach and hiring, and has mentored several early-career level engineers as they make their transitions to the professional tech world.

Ash is currently a technical solutions architect for Azure cloud services, specializing in mobile app development and machine learning applications.
