Aradhana is a highly experienced & versatile Product & Design leader with a passion for aligning business strategy with product vision, experience design, and behavior science to create innovative solutions. Currently, she heads Bayer’s Product Design & Behavior Science Practice for their Digital Health (Pharma) portfolio, spearheading the development of several 0-to-1 solutions. With over 20 years of experience building innovative products and services (both digital and physical), the last 10 years have been focussed on leading end-to-end digital product development- from strategy and research to iterative UI/UX development, ultimately to MVP launch and scaling solutions. As a leader, she has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, collaborating effectively cross-functionally, and promoting a highly data-driven culture.
