Amy E. Harth, PhD (they) is a white, queer, non-binary, fat, disabled anti-oppression scholar-activist. As principal of Amy Harth Coaching and Consulting, they use the latest research on equity and oppression to help leaders achieve their strategic goals. In addition, Amy has 15 years’ experience in higher education administration. They are assistant national dean of accreditation and academic quality at DeVry University and founded the University’s LGBTQIA+ business resource group. Amy’s work integrates an innovative intersectional approach drawing on racial, queer, disabled, fat, labor and feminist justice to help multiply marginalized people transform our workplaces, communities and lives and create the connection, joy and sustainability we so deeply need and so richly deserve.
