Amy Farley leads usability research operations at Pulse Labs, where we are building cutting-edge tools for automotive UX research and competitive benchmarking. During her 3 years at Pulse Labs, Amy has led over 200 user experience research projects across voice, mobile, and automotive interfaces with over 50 different customers including Amazon, Google, Disney, and Sony. She led the company’s project to create testing processes for the world’s first remote, unmoderated, in-vehicle usability research system, including hardware acquisition, shipping processes, and participant training.

Prior to joining Pulse Labs, Amy dabbled in other startup ventures, worked in Customer Relations in Amazon’s Kindle Content division for 5 years, and, once upon a time, many years ago, worked as a City Planner focused on Historic Preservation. She is passionate about voice tech, building cohesive teams, affordable housing, and financial independence.
