As Chief Operating Officer of Workspace Services, Allyn is responsible for aligning the technology initiatives of our workforce, marketing, financial and risk controls to enable responsible innovation of our end user technology business.

With a focus on strategic solutions for end user technology, Allyn’s team delivers end-to-end technology and operations that supports desktop platforms, mobility services, and communication and collaboration technologies in more than 30 countries worldwide.
Before joining the Workspace Services, Allyn was a Global Relationship and Product Management Executive for Bank of America, responsible for building and managing relationships within the business groups and defining the standards leveraged to implement core technology needs.

Prior to joining Bank of America 2004, Allyn was a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Voice Network Services at Countrywide where he managed a team responsible for real-time communications including mobility, interactive response, voice, web and video conferencing, contact center, unified communications, trader voice, and carrier transport services.

Allyn is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion. He is currently co-lead for the GT&O LGBT Council, serves on the Bank’s LGBT Executive Council and is the Forum Executive for GTO Supplier Diversity. Allyn is also affiliated with the Black Executive Leadership Council and is site lead for Chief Technology Organization (CTO) NYC Metro networking events.
