Allison is a strategic Human Resources professional with over 10 years of deep cross-functional experience including people management,
program management, diversity and inclusion, HRBP, staffing, and learning & development. In her role as an HR Business Partner at Two Sigma, she is responsible for a growing organization of 500 software engineers. Additionally, she leads the company’s burgeoning efforts around Diversity & Inclusion including launching Employee Resource Groups, Unconscious Bias workshops, a strengthening of our policies & benefits around LGBTQ employees, and a focus on using a data-driven approach to diversity recruitment and retention.
During her tenure at Google she had been a key contributor to the creation of some of their most successful and innovative HR programs focused on diversity and talent outreach. In this role, she managed a team of 10 specialists, responsible for designing and delivering computer science learning and development program aimed at unrepresented minorities in tech. As a people manager she had the opportunity to build and grow teams focused on creating first-of-it’s kind global D&I programs with the goal of being industry leaders in tech.
Allison is also a badass bi-woman who is proud to serve on the advisory committee for Lesbians Who Tech.
