Host a Pride Event at Your Office & More
We are partnering with LGBTQ ERGs all across the country to host in-person events to celebrate Pride and more importantly support your Queer teammates this Pride Season.
These events are for LGBTQ leaders and allies, however, when you partner with us, we help you center LGBTQ women and non-binary leaders so these events inevitably are more representative across the entire LGBTQ spectrum.
Please note it can be an external venue too. It does not have to be at your office.

Ticket Questions
How do I attend? How much does it cost?

What does a VIP & Corporate ticket get me?
You get access to the following perks ::

What does a General ticket get me?

Do you have discounts for bulk tickets?
Yes, we require all companies with over 500 employees to purchase our VIP & Corporate Ticket, but offer discounts for group ticket purchases. Email alana@lesbianswhotech.org to learn more.
If I purchase a ticket to the virtual Summit, can it be shared with a friend or members of my team?
No, each person will have to purchase a ticket individually and register in order to receive information on accessing the event.
Do you allow ticket exchanges?
Yes, we allow ticket exchanges up to 30 days before Summit. Please email squad@lesbianswhotech.org, with the transferee CC’d so that they can provide information. If your company purchased your ticket through a sponsorship, you must receive approval for a coworker ticket exchange from your company.
I’m recently unemployed and need a new job, but cannot afford a ticket. What should I do?
You can attend Pride Summit completely free of charge by registering for a general ticket.

Can I attend the Summit if I don't identify as part of the LGBTQIA community?
Yes! We’d love that! Lesbians Who Tech & Allies is inclusive and welcoming of all identities.

The stages are named after past speakers or historical folks who worked to further the LGBTQIA+ community.

You will receive an email the week before Summit that will include a link for you to click. This will be your access to the virtual event.Â

Who is speaking at the upcoming Summit?
We will be announcing speakers and our agenda soon. Stay tuned! In the meantime, please check out our past agendas from Pride 2022 and Pride Summit 2021 to see some of the past speakers who have been on our Summit stages.
When will recording of speaker sessions be available?
You can watch all recordings about two weeks after Summit via the agenda.Â
Can I record my own session?
No, recording is not permitted. However, recordings are available for viewing on our agenda about two weeks after Summit.Â
Do speakers receive complimentary Summit admission?
All speakers receive a free ticket to attend Summit. If your company has 100 or more employees and/or has raised more than $10M in funding, we require your company to purchase a pay-it-forward ticket to support our scholarship and travel fund. This is because companies get a tremendous amount of value from having you on stage, including marketing, recruiting, and retention. We ask all speakers who have the means to ​support our Summit scholarship and travel fund by purchasing a pay-it-forward ticket here​. Between 20% and 25% of all attendees receive a full or partial scholarship ticket, and we depend on our incredible community to support our scholarship fund.
Do speakers need to register for summit?
Yes, speakers will need to register in order to gain access to the Hopin platform.Â
How & when do I cancel my speaking engagement for Summit?
Please email speakers@lesbianswhotech.org. Please provide us with as much notice as possible.
How can I increase pre-Summit buzz about my session?
We would love for you to promote your session. We recommend using any social media platform of your choice. Be on the lookout for social media graphics from us.
What is the best way to contact LWTA about my speaking slot?
