The event centers around Pier 17 on New York City’s East River, which is 14.1 miles from the LaGuardia Airport. If flying in from the JFK airport, Pier 17 is 26.7 miles away.
Pier 17’s prime location in Lower Manhattan puts you at the heart of the action, with many accommodation options waiting to welcome you. But remember to explore across the Hudson! New Jersey also offers enticing possibilities, with hotels boasting convenient access to the PATH train, which whisks you directly to Lower Manhattan in a flash. From there, a quick subway hop lands you at Pier 17’s doorstep!
We’re committed to making our Summits as inclusive as possible. We will have closed captioning for most virtual sessions using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers.
Please email us at squad@lesbianswhotech.org if you have a specific request, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Speakers who work at companies larger than 500 employees are required to purchase a VIP ticket.
We ask speakers who work for companies with 100-499 employees to purchase a VIP ticket. These tickets support our Summit programming, our ability to create a more inclusive Summit and help to cover production costs.
For folks outside a senior leadership role, who are uncomfortable asking their company to cover the cost of their ticket, please email us at speakers@lesbianswhotech.org for assistance navigating budget conversations. We do make exceptions, however, we ask to work together to highlight the value for your company.
Please email speakers@lesbianswhotech.org. Please provide us with as much notice as possible.
We would love for you to promote your session. We recommend using any social media platform of your choice. Be on the lookout for social media graphics from us.
