Summit Ticket Exchanges :: “I can’t attend Summit now. Can I give my ticket to someone else?”

The deadline for ticket exchanges has passed so unfortunately we can no longer transfer your ticket to another attendee.

Badge Sharing :: “I can’t stay at Summit the whole day. Can I give my badge to someone else for the rest of the Summit?”

All Summit attendees will need a badge and you will need to show an ID at Registration to claim your badge. If the name on your registration does not match your ID, please show another form of photo ID (e.g. school/work badge, social media account, etc.). We understand there may be challenges with this and we are here to support you.

All attendees will be required to wear their badges at all times during Summit.

Speaker Check-in :: “I am a speaker. Where should I check in? Who can help me with my slides or questions about my presentation?”

You should check in at Stage 48. Patty and Ric will be at Stage 48 and will be able to answer any questions you might have. Got questions, email

Invite-only Events :: “I have an invite for a dinner or lunch. Where should I go?”

Please read your email invitation closely. All details on location and timing are in your email. Staff will also be at the locations directing you but they will need to see your emailed invitation for confirmation. We will also be sending calendar holds for every invite-only event.

Sponsor Questions :: “I’m a sponsor and I have a question about my booth or our sponsor presence at Summit.”

Accessibility :: “I have a question about accessibility. Who can help?”

We’ve been capturing your accessibility needs as you register. We’ve got live captions for the main stage, a room to pump, and daycare covered. All venues are also wheelchair accessible. But if you have any additional comments or questions as we go into our final planning, reach out to us here:

Attendees will be able to access captions via on their mobile phones. We’ll provide the link in the program and share in the Summit app. Captions will also be displayed on Facebook and YouTube as we livestream.
