Steph Barrak graduated from the Boston University School of Management in 2010 and shortly after began a career in business technology focusing on business analysis and enterprise-wide information systems. While at work, Steph participates as a member of a small task force dedicated to increasing LGBTQ inclusiveness. When not in the private sector, Steph is passionate about community work, particularly working with at-risk and marginalized youth. Steph spent two years working directly with youth as a music mentor for the Boys & Girls Club in Dorchester, MA and currently serves as a Commissioner for the Massachusetts Commission on LGBTQ Youth working with state agencies, the state legislature, the local community to help make MA a safer place for all children. Born in Lebanon and raised in Connecticut, Steph currently resides in Boston, MA.
