Natalie Gil is a Sloan Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She previously worked at Microsoft and held Technical Leadership Roles for Americas and the LATAM Office of the CTO. While at Microsoft, she was the worldwide lead for the Technical Women at Microsoft Community and a member of the Worldwide Senior Technical Leadership Program. Prior to MSFT, she worked in Goldman Sachs as a Critical Services’ Global Project Manager in NYC and Sao Paulo, and she started her career and rose to high impact IT roles for financial institutions among LATAM.
Natalie holds a Master of Information Systems and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, several industry certifications, and was a founder and the General Co-Chair for the first Latin American Women in Computing Conference (LAtINiTY) in 2015. Natalie is a Systems Engineer and a lifetime member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, NYC Chapter, as well as a Senior Member of Latinas in Computing.
