Jeff is Senior Director of Analytics at Etsy, where he is responsible for overseeing quantitative insights and monetization. Prior, he was Data Analytics Manager at Facebook, where he managed a team of 10 data scientists and product analysts to deliver maximal data-based product impact. He also provided management insight into the operational dynamics of the advertising business, and worked directly with Hadoop, Hive, Oracle, and Vertica to transform data into actionable insights and Tableau-based reports. In 2008-2009, Jeff was a Budget Analyst for the Obama campaign, creating financial models and budgets for each state’s campaign operations. From 2006-2008, Jeff was a Business Analyst at McKinsey and Co. He earned his A.B. in Math and his A.M in Statistics from Harvard University.
